The leadership of Hoima Diocese Department of Education is organized in a hierarchical way from the Diocesan level up to the Small Christian Community as shown below:
The Bishop heads the Diocese and takes charge of all its organs and commissions. The Diocesan Education Board is charged with making policies that govern the provision of education services in the Diocese.
The Department of Education, which is headed, by the Education Secretary of the Diocese is charged with the day to day running of the Education programmes of the Diocese and it reports to the Education Board and the Bishop.
At the Vicariate level, there is an Education Committee and a Deputy Education Secretary in charge of the Vicariate. At every Parish, there is a Parish Education Committee and a Priest in Charge of Education.
At our Station, there is an Education Team charged with the promotion of education at that level. Every Small Christian Community has an Education Focal Person.
