Your continued support and valuable feedback have greatly contributed to the improvement of our services and performance.
This is to inform you that the Hoima Diocese Department of Education, in collaboration with the Hoima Diocese Examinations Board (HODEB), will organize the 2026 Diocesan P7, UCE, and UACE Mock Examinations. Your school is hereby invited to participate in this important preparatory exercise.
The mock examinations are intended to effectively prepare candidates for their final national examinations by providing reliable assessment of learners’ readiness and performance.

UCE and UACE
The UCE and UACE Mock Examinations will run from Friday, 17th July 2026 to Monday, 10th August 2026, while centralized marking will commence on Saturday, 22nd August 2026.
We wish to assure all participating schools that the Department is adequately prepared and professionally equipped to assess both the new A’Level Curriculum and the New Lower Secondary Curriculum (NLSC), building on our proven track record in curriculum implementation and assessment.
Participation Fees
P7 Mock Examinations
- UGX 10,000 per candidate
UCE and UACE Mock Examinations
- UGX 100,000 – Registration fee for schools participating for the first time
- UGX 50,000 – Per marking guide booklet
- UGX 35,000 – Per UACE candidate
- UGX 30,000 – Per UCE candidate
Order and Payment Guidelines
- Orders for P7 Mock Examinations will be accepted starting from 1st April 2026
- Deadline for submission of orders and payment for all examinations is 15th July 2026
